The EU blue card application process is as follows:
Any resident of a non EU member state will be informed within 30 to 90 days whether he can get a "blue card" to work in the EU. Those who get "blue card" can apply for residence and work permit at one time.
Currently, if non EU residents work in EU Member States, they need to apply for a new visa, residence and work permit for each EU country.
Before applying for the "blue card", the applicant must obtain the Employment License of the EU employer and be willing to sign an employment contract with him for at least one year. The applicant also needs to show the proof that he is competent and experienced for the required position. EU employers must prove that they are unable to employ EU residents for the applicant's position.
Must have a university diploma recognized by the member states of the European Union
Or at least 5 years working experience; Applicants must find permanent jobs in EU Member States.
The salary of the applicant working in the Republic of China must be at least 1.5 times of the average salary of the same type of job in that country.
