Feasible ways of German immigration
1. Study abroad
The study visa is Article 16 of the German law on foreigners, which can be changed into a work visa of Article 18 after graduation. After working for two years and paying the endowment insurance for two years (the endowment insurance will be deducted directly from the salary), you can apply for permanent residence in Germany, that is, the so-called green card.
2. Investment immigration: establish a company and apply for legal person visa
The processing of legal person visa needs to comply with the provisions of Article 21 of the German law on foreigners. This clause requires the applicant's company to have local public interests, and the units evaluating the applicant's visa are the safe and the chamber of Commerce in the place of investment.
Handling conditions:
At this stage, their evaluation criteria are whether the applicant has many years of business experience in China, whether there is a company, and whether the company has business dealings with Germany or the European Union.
If the above problems are not optimistic, the success rate of corporate visa is relatively low.
If the approval is passed and the legal person visa is obtained for three years, you can get a German green card.
