How to operate after registering a German company?

For most domestic investors, the purpose of registering a company in Germany is to obtain permanent residency or naturalization in Germany. So, after obtaining the legal person visa and successfully registering the German company, how to operate?

      As we all know, after the establishment of any company, it should be maintained in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the local government, and German companies are no exception.
      What else do you need to prepare after successfully registering a company in Germany?
      For many foreign investors, companies registered in Germany usually choose to establish a limited liability company (GmbH) with high flexibility and the most convenient German policy. Although the company is regarded as officially established after opening a German bank account, it still needs several preliminary preparations before the company can start operation. Application for industrial and commercial registration procedures: that is, the company legal person registers in the industrial and Commercial Department of the city where it lives, which is equivalent to a local registration;
      Business license application:
      In order to carry out business activities, an application for business registration shall also be submitted to the local economic and order Bureau, and the official document certificate can be obtained after the enterprise business registration is entrusted by a lawyer in Germany;
      Application for tax number: new enterprises established in Germany should apply for EU tax number at the local tax bureau. It is equivalent to the company number of German tax system, and can entrust a tax accountant to apply.
      After successfully registering the company in Germany, how to operate the German company in the later stage?
      According to the requirements of the German company law, every company registered in Germany must conduct an annual review to maintain the normal existence of the company. The annual review of German companies mainly                  includes the following:
      Company information declaration because German companies need to submit the latest company information to the local German government departments during the annual review, such as the company's shareholders and directors, the company's registered address, the company's registered capital, etc.
      Submit the annual declaration form and renew the government documents. All information of the German company shall be summarized and filled in the annual declaration form, together with the copies of the company's registration certificate, the articles of association, the information change documents (such as the change of shareholders and directors, the change of registered capital, the change of company name, etc.), the identity documents of the company's shareholders and directors, etc, It shall be submitted to the German company registration department for annual information filing.
      Pay the company renewal fee. After the establishment of a German company, it needs to pay a certain amount of renewal fee every year and renew the company registration certificate for the new year, which is the same as that of other companies registered in the offshore company registry.
      However, due to the strict management of German companies, no "shell companies" are allowed. Therefore, every registered German company must have actual business activities. Therefore, renewing the license of the German company every year has become an important work for the legal survival of the company.
