The real estate madness will continue for several years: purchase prices will continue to rise until 2030

Real estate prices will not freeze: According to an analysis by the Hamburg Institute of World Economics (HWWI), real estate prices in many places will continue to rise in the coming years.
"In more than 401 German-speaking areas and half of the cities, apartment owners can expect their property to grow at least by 2030 with a real increase in value", citing "Le Monde is Sonntag" from a message from Post Bank, in a study written by its representative HWWI Have.
The Bavarian region around Munich, including Ebersberg, Landsberg am Lech, Erding, Dachau and Starnberg, saw the biggest price increases. Even in Munich itself, it should still grow at an annual rate of 1.7%.

In large cities and metropolises, more than one percent per year
The analysis continues: "Outside Bavaria, the annual growth rate in the Cloppenburg region is as high as 2%." The annual price increase in large cities is also more than 1%.

Experts say that big cities and metropolitan areas will continue to grow, so the demand for living space there remains high. Average annual price growth is expected to be 1.2% in Düsseldorf and 1.1% in Cologne. About 10% is expected to be in Berlin and Hamburg, but only 0.8% in Frankfurt.
